Thank you for visiting our website.  Our goal is to provide you with  information on grilling, smoking,  and barbecue competitions. We also plan to have a large  assortment of recipes, and as we  are an eclectic group, the recipes  will be as varied as we are. We  enjoy various kinds of cooking so  our recipes and those we have  found and used, will cover many  different cooking methods and  styles. While we enjoy barbecue  and grilling, we would be remiss  not to include recipes that can be  used both indoors and out. Being pirates (the cooking kind),  we have developed a taste for the  flavors from the islands. We have  incorporated Jamaican Jerk  seasoning into our competition  cooking and have also come up  with sauces and seasonings to  enhance both our jerk and non-jerk  flavored foods. We have even come up with a  barbecue sauce that uses  Jamaican Rum to enhance the  flavor and give it a smoother, richer  flavor. So, we hope you will join us on our  adventure.
